June 04, 2021 There is currently an increase in drug overdoses within the City of Barrie.  Barrie Police Service, Simcoe County Paramedic Services and the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre have responded to an increase in opioid overdoses in recent days. There are many services across Simcoe Muskoka that provide treatment and support to those living with an opioid addiction. Below you will find a list of those resources. 

 
Services for individuals 16 years of age and up who are struggling with substance use concerns; or for family members seeking personal support around a loved one’s addiction.
